Mr. Adams has been employed in the real estate and related fields since 1983. He has a background in real estate finance, has served as a court appointed trustee, and handles all aspects of real estate brokerage, management, administration and client relations. Kevin obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Clarion University in 1982. Kevin has received the “Deal Maker of the Year Award” from the Washington Real Estate Investment Trust and has been named a Costar Power Broker on multiple occasions. Additionally, Kevin also serves on BB&T’s Advisory Board. With over 35 years in the Commercial Real Estate and Banking business Kevin has been involved in over $250,000,000 worth of transactions.
Steve Plott has been in the real estate industry since 1991 and is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Property Management. Since 1995 he has been concentrating on commercial real estate brokerage and has actively represented both Landlords and Tenants in the Washington DC area. His area of expertise includes industrial leasing, office leasing, raw land and investment property transactions.
Susan has been in Property Management since 2001. She coordinates Property Management and Lease Administration for all properties managed by Metropolitan Real Estate Services, LLC.
